White with blue and metallic gold V geometric design around the top, inside features a hand ringing a bell, base is inscribed "Designed exclusively for Copley Newspapers  The 71st Annual Copley Conference  February 22-25, 1999  Borrego Springs, CA  by Tiffany & Co 1998 Japan", measures about 5" wide across the top and 2 1/4" tall, base is 2 1/4" across, very good used condition free of chips, cracks, and crazing
