We put power to this with leads and the wheels started to turn. We stopped at this as we are not real
familiar
with HO marklin and didn't want to push it beyond that. This purpose was so you are assured you are not receiving a DOA engine. With this said the engine may or should be lubed and greased for optimal operation as we didn't do anything other than make sure she was good to go.
